    I want to rave about this company and their guys that came out today to pump our septic tank. From Mark who schedules and was the point of contact, to the 2 gentlemen who came out to perform the work, they were professional and on time. They did not make a mess. In fact, they were very careful to remove my grass in one piece so I could easily repair the lawn around the new lids that they will be installing next week. They were also extremely careful to not drive into the edge of my lawn with their enormous truck and damage any sprinkler heads that were along the edge. They were very friendly and professional, explaining everything to me and showing me where and how to clean the filter in the future and what NOT to be flushing into a septic system. Not rude, but educational. I appreciated that and will be highly recommending this company to anyone going forward.

    I cannot begin to express our gratitude and to how Mark and his team saved our Holiday. This year the family gathering was at our house.  25 family members, waiting to sit down to eat when our septic tank got backed up. Horrible mess to say the least. We immediately begin to call hotels for our guest., but we had run out of options.  Our house was no place for human occupancy. My wife cried, as all her hard work and planning seem to be ruined.     Being a new homeowner and having limited knowledge on septic systems, I am glad that I came across Pendleton Septic Pumping & Service, who were beyond professional, knowledgeable and fair in price. They took the time to explain the conditions they saw in the tank of our new home and explained how we could keep it in the best condition. They brought things to our attention that we would never have thought of otherwise, such as not flushing baby wipes, even if the package says they are safe for septic, not flushing certain chemicals down the drain, and being aware that soaps and shampoos and other toiletries can contain grease that can accumulate in the septic, etc. I have had such a positive experience with this family-owned company and will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone in need of septic services.
